Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing LojaStore! We appreciate your trust in us. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Support@lojastore.ng to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer support team at Support@lojastore.ng. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
